3. Review three recent posts representing different formats.
4. Compare offers, prices, claims, and media with approved source material.
5. Mark each check as pass, needs work, not applicable, or not checked.
6. Give every finding a specific action, owner, and verification step.

## Evidence boundary

A visible defect supports a finding about that defect. It does not prove lost sales, poor engagement, or another business outcome unless the relevant analytics and comparison period are available.
